We designed your AJOTO Pen to last your journey, but sometimes as you travel parts can be lost or accidentally damaged.
Whether your pen eventually needs to be overhauled, repaired, or restored, our service department will be happy to assist you so you can keep making your mark.
Customers are responsible for returning goods to us when using the free repair service, and we charge a flat shipping fee if you wish to have the goods returned after service.

Our flat fee is the shipping price depend on the country which ensured all parcels are tracked and insured. Shipping is calculated at checkout
You are always welcome to drop off and collect the Pens free of charge at our studio.
STEP BY STEP:
1. Pack your Pen in a padded envelope ( we don’t need the packaging) and add a note with your name and any further information regarding problems.
2. Put the item in the post ( we recommend for peace of mind using a tracked/signed for service)
IMPORTANT; If sending from outside the UK or European Union then please write “goods returned under warranty” and if a value is required please use a low amount such as (5 dollars) do not use zero. This is for customs purposes as otherwise your parcel may be delayed and AJOTO cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

3. Once your item is received it will normally be processed within one week and an email confirmation will be sent out once we are either ready to ship or your items is in the post to you.
N.B If you haven’t heard from us by then, please email studio@ajoto.com with full shipment details. Please note, we may turn down repairs if deemed irreparable, but an alternative solution will be offered where possible.

• All our engravings are created using only the UPPERCASE Futura PT Font CLICK HERE TO SEE ALL THE APPROVED CHARACTERS.
•Out of respect for our employees and our brand image, we reserve the right to decline engraving requests that we deem inappropriate.
•If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you and give you the option to either modify your engraving or cancel part or all of your order.
•Personalised AJOTO products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
